Booking your charter with Fin-Addict is simple:

  1. Choose Your Date – Fill out our online inquiry form or give us a call.
  2. Pick Your Trip – Morning or Afternoon options available.
  3. Pay Deposit – A deposit of 50% secures your spot.
  4. Show Up & Fish – We’ll take care of the rest.

📅 Booking Policy:

  • Charters available May through August
  • Deposit required at time of booking
  • Balance due day of trip (cash or card accepted)
  • Trips may be rescheduled due to weather or safety conditions

  • Do I need a fishing license?

    Yes, a fishing license is required.  Link is above in the 'What To Bring' section.

  • What happens if the weather is bad?

    We will  make the determination to cancel based on inclement weather either the day before or the morning of. CaptainJay, will be   in communication with you during this process to keep you up to date.

  • What types of fish can I catch?

    Depending on the season, you may catch:

    • Walleye
    • Salmon (Chinook, Coho, Atlantic)
    • Steelhead
    • Lake Trout

  • What should I wear on the boat?

    Dress in layers, even on warm days. It’s usually cooler on the water. We recommend:

    • Windbreaker or light rain jacket
    • Hat & sunglasses
    • Non-marking shoes
    • Sunscreen

  • Do I need to bring my own fishing gear?

    Nope! We provide all rods, reels, tackle, bait, and safety equipment. You’re welcome to bring your lucky rod, but it's not required.

  • Can I bring food and drinks?

    Absolutely! Bring your favorite snacks and drinks. Alcohol is allowed in moderation (for guests 21+). Please avoid glass containers and no hard liquor, please. There is a 100 QT cooler on board with ice for guest use. Please consider bringing soft-sided coolers for easy storing on boat.

  • Will I keep the fish I catch?

    Yes! You’re welcome to keep your catch (within legal limits). We’ll even clean and bag the fish for you to take home. Don’t forget to bring a cooler (leave it in your car until we return to the dock).

  • How many people can go on a charter?

    We can accommodate up to 5 passengers per trip, depending on the type of charter. For larger groups, reach out directly so we can customize your experience with multiple boats.

  • Is there a bathroom on the boat?

    Yes, our vessel is equipped with a clean, private marine toilet (head) for your comfort during the trip.
